Relax in this tranquil and spacious sea front villa, away from the hustle and bustle of Soma bay, you can expect a quiet stay close enough to the Soma bay reef that you can hear the waves from your room. The house is equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher, a sizeable fridge and deep freezer. Two of the bedrooms have exquisite east facing sea views overlooking the nearby cove. The third bedroom is idea for kids and includes some toys. Plenty of outdoor space in and out of the sun....

What you see on the picture is what you get. Very beautiful house with lots of kitchen untensils. Clean and bright. Dream house. The host has been very responsive and helpful. When the water machine broke, they sent us a whole box of bottled water for compensation. They also give timely response to all our inquiries. The house is located in a resort and hotel area. No shopping streets nearby. But the hotels nearby provide good restaurants and bars. And you can also visit a beach that is open to everyone with a bar and good restaurant. There is a supermarket that takes order and delivers the groceries to the house. Very convenient. Important tips: 1. Somabay has very tight security control to guarantee the safety of the guests. Do remember to online check-in and upload your passport scan before you arrive. Otherwise you might spend a lot of time at the gate checking in. 2. To save the trouble of ordering transport every time you go out, better rent a golf cart in advance as advised.

Good place
Our family had a lovely time staying here over Christmas! The location & beauty of the surrounding scenery were just perfect. We loved the rocky beach being right out the backdoor for seashell hunting or just sitting & enjoying the sea breeze. The neighborhood was pristine for walking & while they are still building it out in places, the noise didn’t bother us at all. There was plenty to do at the marina, restaurants, shops & a small grocery store for any needs you might have. Sandy beaches are available on the other side of the neighborhood, however be mindful that some require a reservation ahead of time. The owners were caring & responsive throughout the entire stay. There were a few items that needed some TLC & we let them know when we left so they could service them. A couple suggestions - bring kitchen towels & beach towels with you. Each person had one small & one large bath towel for the week, which we made work. We would stay here again without hesitation!
